How the platform works, end to end
- Step 1
A client posts an order
Title, category, volume in units, price per unit, guidelines and a label set. Cost is units × price per unit + a 10% platform fee, shown before publishing.
- Step 2
The client funds it into escrow
Money is held on the platform. It is not released to performers on publish.
- Step 3
Performers get vetted once
One free 50-unit sample task, scored by a human reviewer against a 70% bar. Pass and $5 is credited; the full order feed unlocks.
- Step 4
Work is delivered and approved
Delivered batches are reviewed by the client. Funds release only when the client approves; performer balances become withdrawable at a $100 minimum.
The quality review: what is actually checked
Access to paid orders is gated by one free assessment task, not by a CV. You label a 50-unit sample once — one attempt, no cost — and a human reviewer scores it.

- Result arrives in 24–48 hours after you submit.
- Pass the quality review and $5 is credited to your balance, plus the $5 welcome credit from signup — $10 total on a passing account.
- Passing also unlocks the full order feed, including premium orders that are visible but locked before vetting.
- Fail and nothing is charged to you; the account simply stays unvetted.
Escrow-backed milestone payments: how money moves
- You fund the order before work starts. Funds sit in escrow on the platform and are not paid to performers at that moment.
- Work is delivered per milestone. You review the delivered batch against the order guidelines.
- Funds release only when you approve the milestone. If you reject it with a reason, the batch is reworked or the milestone is cancelled and the escrowed amount stays with you.
- Performer balances become withdrawable after approval. Minimum withdrawal is $100; requests are processed manually with the payout details the performer submits.
- Disputes follow our Dispute Resolution process: email first, then a review of the submission, order requirements and platform records.
