From signup to first payout
- Step 1
Create an account
$5 welcome credit is added to your balance. It is not withdrawable on its own — the $100 minimum applies to withdrawals.
- Step 2
Do the free sample task
One 50-unit labeling sample, one attempt, no cost. It exists only to measure the quality of your work.
- Step 3
Get reviewed in 24–48 hours
A person scores accuracy, consistency, completeness and guideline compliance against a 70% bar. Pass and $5 is credited — $10 total with the welcome credit.
- Step 4
Take paid orders
The full feed unlocks, with per-unit rates set by the clients who posted the orders ($0.35–$0.90 per unit on today's open orders).
Realistic earnings math (no promises)
We are not going to print an hourly figure we cannot back. The arithmetic is yours to do: earnings = units completed × the order rate, and the number of available units depends on which orders are open at that moment.

- Rejected work is not paid; the order states the minimum accepted quality score.

FAQ
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The assessment is free and performers pay no fees. If anyone asks you to pay to work here, it is not us — write to support@trainee.digital.
How many hours do I have to work?
None fixed. You pick units from open orders when you want. Order deadlines still apply to the batch you take.
How soon can I get money out?
Once your balance reaches the $100 minimum you can request a withdrawal; requests are processed manually.
Will I get a contract or salary?
No. This is independent task work, not employment.
What if I fail the review?
Nothing is charged. The account stays unvetted and the paid feed stays locked.
